Everyday fresh made pasta:
- Tagliatelle, Pappardelle, Ravioli, Lasagne sheets, Pici...
- Tortellini should be orderd at least one day ahead.

Everyday fresh breads (100% Sourdough):
- Classico (wheat, ryeflour, wholegrain)
- Dinkel (Wheat, spelt)
- Sourdough Focaccia

And other goodies like:
- Italian meats like Salame, Guanciale, n´duja...
- Olive oils
- Italian Chocolate & Cookies

we are a little italian/swiss inspired shop in Pori where you find fresh pasta, fresh bread, coffee & more ♥ 100% Sourdough Bread everyday.

About me:
I´m a former restaurant owner (2019/2022 Ravintola Torget in Pori), trained cook, self taught baker, hobby woodworker and Bachelor degree Multimedia Designer. (Everything you see online or in the store is handmade by myself)
YES! I´m a little bit ADHD :)
I sold the Restaurant in 2022 and started the little food store
